VanCoast Tile & Stone provides professional concrete polishing, epoxy flooring, and decorative floor finishes for residential and commercial properties throughout Metro Vancouver.
We offer a range of flooring systems, including polished concrete, solid color epoxy, decorative flake, quartz and metallic epoxy finishes.
Every project starts with an evaluation of the existing concrete surface. Proper surface preparation and the right flooring system are essential for achieving a durable, clean, and professional finish.
Concrete polishing transforms existing concrete into a smooth, durable, and modern finished surface. Our concrete polishing and epoxy flooring services begin with proper surface preparation to achieve a clean and professional result.
Using professional grinding and polishing equipment, the concrete is progressively refined to achieve the desired appearance and level of sheen.
Concrete polishing is suitable for residential interiors, basements, garages, retail spaces, showrooms, offices, workshops, and other commercial areas.
Every concrete slab is different, so we evaluate the existing surface before recommending the appropriate grinding and polishing process.
Solid color epoxy flooring creates a seamless, clean, and durable surface with a uniform finish. As part of our concrete polishing and epoxy flooring services, this system is suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
Proper surface preparation is essential before applying epoxy. The existing concrete is evaluated and prepared to create the appropriate surface for the selected coating system.
Solid color epoxy flooring is a practical option for garages, basements, workshops, utility rooms, storage areas, and commercial spaces.
Different colors and finish options are available depending on the project, existing concrete condition, and desired appearance.
Flake epoxy flooring combines a durable resin-based flooring system with decorative vinyl flakes to create an attractive, textured, and professional finish.
As part of our concrete polishing and epoxy flooring services, flake systems are a popular choice for garages, workshops, basements, utility areas, and commercial spaces throughout Metro Vancouver.
Decorative flakes are available in different colors and blends, allowing the finished floor to complement the surrounding space while helping disguise minor visual imperfections.
Proper concrete preparation is completed before installation, and the flooring system is selected according to the condition of the existing surface and intended use of the space.
Quartz epoxy flooring combines a resin-based flooring system with colored quartz aggregate to create a durable, textured, and professional floor finish.
Our concrete polishing and epoxy flooring services include quartz systems for residential and commercial spaces where durability, appearance, and long-term performance are important.
Quartz epoxy flooring can be suitable for garages, workshops, commercial spaces, utility areas, and other high-traffic environments.
The appropriate system depends on the condition of the existing concrete, expected traffic, and desired finish. We evaluate the substrate before recommending the preparation and flooring system for each project.
Metallic epoxy flooring creates a distinctive decorative surface with flowing patterns, depth, and a high-end appearance. Metallic pigments can produce effects inspired by marble, stone, and other natural materials.
As part of our concrete polishing and epoxy flooring services, metallic epoxy is an option for residential interiors, basements, showrooms, retail spaces, offices, and feature areas throughout Metro Vancouver.
Each metallic epoxy floor is unique. Variations in color, movement, and pattern are a natural part of the finished appearance.
Proper concrete preparation is completed before installation, and color combinations and the desired visual effect are discussed before the flooring system is applied.
Self-leveling concrete overlays can create a new, smooth surface over suitable existing substrates. The finished overlay can then be ground and polished to achieve a clean, modern concrete appearance.
As part of our concrete polishing and epoxy flooring services, polished overlays provide another option when the existing concrete surface is not suitable for conventional polishing.
These systems can be used in residential interiors, basements, offices, retail spaces, showrooms, and other commercial areas.
Each project requires an evaluation of the existing substrate to determine the appropriate preparation, overlay system, thickness, and final finish.
